Healing is Spiritual: Raqi – The Zen Teacher

Raqi here…In, “Healing is Spiritual, quote, one needs a spiritual dimension in life itself. Without it, we wouldn’t have hope that everything could be better.

Healing is Spiritual, reveals in all the challenges we encounter on a daily basis we need a place to turn. Spirituality is that voice within that practices breathing, walking, focus, and helps one to reason with emotions inside, when one listens and embraces suffering one can develop a lasting spiritual understanding with themselves and with others.

Find your spiritual dimension—
Be it a place in life.
Be it relief from stress.
Be it communication of words.
Be it in the transformation of self.

Fire & Kind Words Image

Introducing Raqi, The Zen Teacher

RAQI, The Zen Teacher ImageIntroducing Raqi: The Zen Teacher.

Meet my little cartoon character RAQI, the raccoon. He’s going to be my ZEN Teacher mascot. I wanted to separate my practice of healing from the inside out through meditative & mindful intuition from Wolff Poetry itself. Thus, I created Raqi, The Zen Teacher with his page. Through this page, Raqi will be the Zen teacher sharing insightful, peaceful, colorful meditative messages. We are in hopes of teaching the art in relieving stress, how to communicate mindfully, how to live compassionately, and much more.

With that said. Raqi here.

Light the fire of love with kind words.

Nourish other’s and yourself using kind words. Sometimes when the right words are spoken you might help someone find themselves. It might just be enough to help them blossom into a better person, even more, to help them become successful and live life happily.

Random Thoughts: Meditative Moment-to-Moment Image

Random Thoughts: Meditative Moment-to-Moment

Today, I’m gonna ramble a few Random Thoughts: Meditative Moment-to-Moment. Sometimes I catch myself always doing things and not stopping to relax. As a single mom, I feel I don’t have the time to stop. Until I become ill and am being forced too.

When as a parent your children are in school, they tend to bring the virus bugs home with them. First, it’s you doing everything to get them feeling better before the school starts plaguing your phone with calls questioning why your child isn’t in the classroom. After 5 days of trying to beat the nasty flu bug down and out of your child, you’re being physically exhausted yourself. Sound familiar. I’m sure it does.

The last three days, I haven’t been able to even write let alone squeak out an ounce of focus on writing words. The bed hugged me so many times and I was a willing participant.

This morning was the first time I felt human. Thought I would search through Pixabay to find some inspiration. I came across this photo of a serene, calm, sunset. It was so peaceful. It hit me that this is me. I needed the time in bed… just to rest. No pressure to be anywhere or to be anything. No expectations. Just to heal, to gain strength just in stopping. I’m hoping you’re finding yourself some time to enjoy life too.

Does it matter to rush here or there? It means more to pay attention the moment-to-moment, to be aware of the present.

Free Verse Poem Be Here Now Image

Free Verse Poem Be Here Now

In, “Free Verse Poem Be Here Now,” it’s human nature, to want to control ourselves out of fear, doubting thoughts, our insecurities.

In this, “Free Verse Poem Be Here Now,” and the digital art piece illustrates and asks for your presence, to be accountable. If one took time and broke it down into milliseconds, would it seem that our past, present, and future collide simultaneously? The mind plays tricks; we ponder over emotions, things, or people we have no control over. It’s a vain attack on our humanity. If we just stood in the here and the now, opened our eyes, breathe slow breaths and only absorb everything for what it is. It’s magic.

Free Verse Poem Be Here Now

Magic— is in the foothills
of our minds.
Our choices,
of our philosophy
in our past, present, future.
Magic ignites— when we focus on
the here and now.
