Micro-Poetry Listening

In, Micro-poetry Listening, one knows the complete distinction of when others want to hear what’s being said.

We wait awhile for the distinct ques from others. The connection of eyes, the curiosity, and intrigue brought to the sound of words. We hope for the verbal and nonverbal feedback. But, when one does not receive the psychological act, one becomes disillusioned with others. To take the time to listen is to be intertwined, it’s an act of commitment as an example of this “Micro-poetry Listening.”

Micro-Poetry Listening

It’s not that these lips keep silent, to the contrary, they have so much to say.
It’s just that they’ve not found someone so deserving to hear them part with words.

Micropoetry is a genre of poetic verse which is characterized by its extreme brevity. In other words, a micro-poem is a short poem. (MicroPoetry)

Micro-poetry is a collective term for a variety of different forms of short poetry. As a poetic artform, it doesn’t really have any rules. Although it does consists of certain forms of short poetry with fixed rules such as haikutankasenryu and gogyohka. There are also no real character length limitations either. The limits are set by the medium with which they are being shared, and also that invisible line where micro-poetry becomes a regular length poem.

Definition of Acceptance:

Acceptance in human psychology is a person’s assent to the reality of a situation, recognizing a process or condition (often a negative or uncomfortable situation) without attempting to change it or protest it. The concept is close in meaning to acquiescence, derived from the Latin acquiēscere (to find rest in).[1] (Wikipedia)
