Daily Haiku Pleading

In, “Daily Haiku Pleading,” the baring of weight can break things.

In today’s “Daily Haiku Pleading,” I offer two examples. One in the sense of when subfreezing weather forms icicles created by a bright sun melting snow or ice, a continued runoff producing a spike of ice that can pose both a safety and structural damage.

The second, we are like an icicle, droplets of struggles compiling over time forming an ice storm, in return creating a triple fold of health issues if we don’t learn to release our anxieties. We must melt, transform.

Water forming ice,
under a gray frozen sky,
trees beg for mercy.
